Lara Croft And The Guardian Of Light Raids Its Way Into The Google Play Store [Xperia Exclusive]
It’s taken a bit to get here, but Square Enix’s Lara Croft And The Guardian of Light has finally landed in the Play Store — too bad the majority of you won’t get to play it. Square Enix decided to jump into Sony’s pockets and make the game an Xperia exclusive. Judging by the game’s less than 50 downloads, it looks like that was a smart move /s.
We all hate the whole “exclusivity” baloney but it’s a game we often find ourselves forced to participate in. The good news: the game only costs $1.29 (unlike Square Enix’s other high priced titles). As long as that price doesn’t go up after the Xperia exclusivity, that’s not a bad price for a top title featuring:
- Fast-paced action/adventure gameplay
- Breathtaking environments
- Focussed puzzle solving
- Player upgrades and unlockable weapons
- Console-quality HD graphics
If you happen to own an Xperia device, you can head over to the Play Store and be one of the first to experience Lara Croft And The Guardian of Light on Android. The rest of you will simply have to wait a bit longer.
