AT&T has announced pricing and availability for the LG Optimus G, their first ever LTE quad-core smartphone. The LG Optimus G is set to hit stores on November 2 for $199.99 (2-year contract), however, those of you who hate having to go out can pre-order one starting tomorrow. This marks LG’s attempt for a big comeback in the smartphone arena and we’re dying to see how the Optimus G stacks up.

On paper, the AT&T LG Optimus G looks like quite the beast. Sporting a 1.5 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro processor and 2GB of RAM, this thing should simply fly through processes. It features a 4.7-inch 1280 x 768 True HD IPS PLUS display as well as a 13MP rear shooter. Unfortunately, LG isn’t making a good impression on the software side as it’s being released with Android 4.0 (as well as an LG overlay).

Personally, I’ll be passing on this one, however, I did enjoy their product movie. So, anyone going to be picking one of these bad boys up?
