Best Buy has officially announced that it is offering the brand new “Vivid Blue” edition together with the original silver model of HTC’s flagship smartphone, the One, for a mere $49 on any of Verizon’s two-year contracts.

The HTC One is the Taiwanese company’s most impressive high-end smartphone, packing a 4.7-inch Super LCD capacitive touchscreen, a 1.7GHz quad-core Snapdragon 600 processor, 2GB of RAM, 32/64GB of internal storage, a 4-megapixel UltraPixel rear-facing camera, Beats Audio enhancement and a non-removable 2300 mAh battery.

The One will ship running Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean, skinned with the latest version of HTC’s sense 5.0 user interface.
