Google To Refund All Unused ‘Google Offers’ Promotions Starting Next Month
Google has officially announced that starting from October 7 it will be offering a refund for all customers who have purchased a deal through Google Offers, but have forgotten to redeem or use the offer in a timely manner.
If you are a Google Offers user who is eligible for the rebate, you will be able to receive a refund for the unused offer in one of two ways. You can either take no action and wait until the team at Mountain View refund the cash value of your unused offer back to the credit/debit card originally used to purchase it, or you can respond to Google’s e-mail and receive the offers value in Google Play credit, with the addition of a $2 friendly bonus.
If you have unused offers that Google has deemed as refundable, you should automatically receive an e-mail, just like the one below:
Please note that if you choose Google Play credit as your refund, it can take up to two weeks for the balance to be added to your account. Whereas, a credit refund is an instant transaction, and the money should appear in your account within a matter of hours.
