Sprint Rolling Out Software Update For Galaxy Note 3 Bringing Audio Fixes & More

Sprint together with Samsung is in the process of rolling out an interesting Over The Air update for its carrier-branded version of the South Korean company’s flagship Galaxy Note 3. In terms of its content, the upgrade brings a shedload of call audio improvements and a brand new Handwriting Mode.

The Note 3 is Samsung’s flagship smartphone of 2013, and features a stunning 5.7-inch Super AMOLED capacitive touchscreen with a resolution of 1080 x 1920, a Snapdragon 800 or Exynos Octa Core processor (market dependant), an Adreno 330 GPU, 3GB of RAM, 16GB/32GB/64GB of internal storage (expandable up to 64GB via microSD), a 13-megapixel rear-facing camera and a 3,200 mAh battery.

The handset also ships with some of Samsung’s latest and greatest software features, including; My Magazine, Advanced Multi Window, Pen Window, Air Command, Scrapbook, Action Memo and S Finder.

Note 3 Sprint MJ4 Update

If you own a Galaxy Note 3 operating on Sprint’s network, and have not yet received the OTA update, you can head into “Settings,” then “About Device,” and select “Check for Updates” to manually scan for the upgrade.
