It appears Rovio is running out of holidays in which to update their popular Angry Birds franchise with as they are now planning to send their angry aviators out into space. That’s right, the final frontier, to boldly go where no bird has gone before. Rovio is teaming up with NASA and National Geographic to release Angry Birds Space and we can only assume it will feature some anti-gravity maneuvers, green alien pigs, and warp drive slingshots.
Rovio has put up a teaser page along with a video to get you excited about yet another iteration of a game that is more infectious than the bird flu. Check out the teaser and prepare for a March 22nd lift-off. What will they think of next?
