HTC Together With Sprint & Verizon Offering The One For $29.99 On Contract
Black Friday is almost upon us and to encourage us to get into the smartphone holiday shopping season HTC has teamed up with both Verizon and Sprint to offer its flagship smartphone, the HTC One, for $29.99 on any 2-year contract. The deal is only valid on Friday, 29 November, and Saturday, 30 November – so if you’re in the market for the One you better act fast.
The One was released back in March 2013, and features an impressive 4.7-inch Super LCD3 capacitive touchscreen with a 1080 x 1920 resolution, a 1.7GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 processor, an Adreno 320 GPU, 2GB of RAM, 32/64GB of internal storage, a 4-megapixel rear-facing camera and a 2,300 mAh battery.
Out of the box, the handset will run the latest build of Android 4.3 Jelly Bean, skinned with HTC’s gorgeous and incredibly useful Sense 5.5 user interface. In addition, the One Max ships with all the usual software features that you would expect from any high-end HTC smartphone, including Zoe and dual front-facing BoomSound speakers enhanced with Beats Audio.
HTC is also giving people an opportunity to win a special edition 24kt gold-plated One worth $2,500. Here’s what you have to do to be in with a chance of winning:
Starting today, November 25th, HTC will be prominently featured in Times Square with a digital billboard that brings beautiful photos, taken by visitors to Times Square and people across the U.S. to life in a big way. In addition to the thrill of having their images splashed across Times Square, those who submit photos may also be eligible for a chance to win a HTC One each week, and two lucky winners will receive a special edition 24kt gold plated HTC One valued at more than $2,500.
