Sony Xperia Sirius Screenshots Reveal 1080p Recording At 60 FPS, 15.5MP Manual Camera Mode [Leak]
The Sony Xperia Sirius is gearing up for a launch later this month, and according to some new leaked screenshots, the smartphone will feature the ability to record videos at 60 frames per second in addition to the standard 30 FPS video recording.
These screenshots also reveal the presence of a 15.5MP manual camera mode with 16:9 aspect ratio and the ability to take 20.7MP and 8MP shots at 4:3 aspect ratios, which should make for great low resolution photos.
The Xperia Sirius (D6503) has previously been rumored to sport a 20.7MP camera just like its predecessor, the Xperia Z1. It is clear by now that the device will be marketed as a camera-oriented smartphone with much importance given to the sensor on board.
We hope Sony pays attention to the display of the smartphone as well, since 2K displays are set to become a standard in future flagships. Past rumors have pegged the smartphone to launch with a 5.2 inch 1080p display, a Qualcomm MSM8974AB (Snapdragon 800) chipset, 3GB of RAM, 16/32GB of storage and Android 4.4 KitKat.
