Motorola took to Twitter earlier today to plant an upcoming successor to its incredibly popular ultra-customizable flagship smartphone of 2013, the Moto X, in our minds. According to the Google-owned company, the handset will officially be unveiled during a press conference in the ‘late summer’ and is likely to go on sale in the U.S. shortly after its unveiling.

Unfortunately, we don’t have any details with regards to specifications, design, pricing or availability, at this stage, but at least we know that Motorola is in the process of creating a new version of the smartphone for us to get our mitts on.
