Samsung unveiled its scaled-down portable Galaxy Tab 3 variant, the Galaxy Tab 3 7.0, back in April, 2013, and three months later the device was available to purchase in the U.S. from several independent retailers for $199. However, if you haven’t had the opportunity to pick one up before now, it might interest you to know that Best Buy is currently listing the slate with a $20 discount if you order online.
The Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 packs a 7-inch TFT capacitive touchscreen with a resolution of 600 x 1024 pixels, a 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM, 8GB/16GB of internal storage (expandable up to 64GB via microSD), a 3.15-megapixel rear-facing camera, a 1.3-megapixel front-facing shooter and an impressive 4,00 mAh non-removable Li-Ion battery.
