Clone Of The All New HTC One Already Available
We recently saw a clone of the Samsung Galaxy S5 just a couple of days after the real thing was announced. Today, we’re coming across another clone from the same manufacturer, but of the All New HTC One. Strangely, this comes weeks before HTC has even announced its flagship.
The smartphone is known as the Goophone M8 and is available for purchase immediately. And unlike traditional clones, the device isn’t bad in terms of hardware. It packs a 5 inch 1080p display, a 12.6 megapixel camera accompanied by a 5 megapixel front camera sensor, a 1.7 GHz MediaTek octa core chipset and 1GB of RAM. The smartphone also features 16GB of internal storage, Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean and a 2,800 mAh battery. There’s no 4G LTE on board of course, so customers will have to settle for 3G HSPA networks.
The manufacturer has cleverly priced the smartphone at just $229.99 unlocked, which is remarkable given the hardware on board. We’re not sure what the exact device looks like and if those front facing stereo speakers are actually functional, but for $230, those features hardly even matter.
