These are the Moto Maker customization options for the 2015 Moto G
We were already pretty confident that the upcoming 2015 Moto G would be the first in the series that will be customizable through Moto Maker, and now it has been confirmed by a leaked image that reveals all of the handset’s customization options.
The Moto G won’t be as customizable as the flagship Moto X, but Motorola is offering consumers quite a bit of freedom over the handset’s design. We’ll be able to combine both black and white displays with a long list of different colored back panels and accents — as shown below.
Coconuttery, the Reddit user who discovered this image on Motorola’s website, says that 1GB of RAM with 8GB of storage will be the default option for the 2015 Moto G — but customers will be able to select the 16GB option with 2GB of storage. It’s unclear whether Motorola will offer engraving, though.
We’ll find out more about the new Moto G on July 28 at Motorola’s press event in New York City.
