Just as the first prototype units are wending their way out to the initial lucky folks who get to use Google Glass before the rest of us, Google has posted its API for developers to start building apps for this latest wearable tech device.

In an out-of-character move for the Android operating system, Google is prohibiting developers from giving out their apps from anywhere but the official Google-hosted distribution channel. The company is also forbids anyone from adding advertisement or collecting any sort of fee to use said apps.

I’m sitting here bobbin’ my head to these fresh playlists, straight outta Liberty City, Chinatown, Vice City, and other locations in Rockstar’s flagship series of games, Grand Theft Auto.

Now the project has already been funded 719% more than the brothers originally requested, a clear message that they found a niche just waiting to be filled.

This changes things from the previous design, in which you had to post each type of item from its own screen, similar to the web interface.

Today, the social networking giant posted a bunch of questions and answers on Home and its planned data privacy, on a Facebook page entitled, simply, “Answering Your Questions on Home and Privacy.
