Twitter for Android running on a Mac.

We first told you about BlueStacks, an incredible application that allows you to run over 450,000 Android applications on your PC, back in March when it was first released as a beta. Several months later and it’s now available to those with a Mac.

Flipboard debuted on the Samsung Galaxy S III and was supposed to have an exclusive run until someone grabbed the apk and released it to the masses. Soon after, Flipboard figured they might as well put it out there themselves to see how it performed on various devices. That’s when they launched an open-beta for Android users and everything seemed to go off without a hitch. They’re now confident enough to officially launch the magazine-styled reader onto the Play Store for all to enjoy.

In two days, Sonic the Hedgehog will be celebrating his 21st birthday. On-demand news radio service, Stitcher Radio, dropped a nice update in the laps of Android and iOS users today. Starting today, Stitcher Radio will follow in the footsteps of services such as Pandora or iTunes Genius, by providing personalized recommendations based on your listening activity. This new feature has been dubbed “Smart Station” and claims to be a first for talk radio.
