If you were thinking about switching over to Sprint, you might want to consider doing it before August 26th. Sprint is offering anyone who purchases a smartphone online (with a 2-year agreement) a $100 reward card from American Express — as long as they add an additional line of service. It’s certainly not a deal that’s going to cause a mass exodus towards Sprint, but if you were already headed that way, you might as well get yourself an extra $100.

Verizon has finally given the thumbs up to the Ice Cream Sandwich update for the Motorola DROID 4. With support documents now live on their site and a few random reports of it hitting users, it’s safe to say the rollout has begun. It will most likely push in phases, so if you aren’t seeing it right away, don’t go nuts, it’ll get to you soon enough

Starting August 12th, Sprint will be offering customers a free 7-inch ZTE Optik tablet with the purchase of any smartphone. That means, anyone wishing to, could actually grab the free Sprint Samsung Galaxy Nexus and walk away with a free tablet!

If it’s one thing you can count on, it’s that Amazon Wireless and Wirefly will have your back when it comes to getting the best deals, on the hottest devices. One such device, is the 32GB Samsung Galaxy S III on Verizon. Right now, both Amazon Wireless and Wirefly are offering up the 32GB Galaxy S III for an amazing $199.99. That’s the best device currently out, paired with the largest LTE network currently available, topped off with a larger 32GB storage, for only $199.99!

Boy how the carriers have managed to pull the wool over our eyes. I remember a time when we used to think anything over $30 for unlimited data was pricey, and now look at us, we’re getting excited because Verizon has “super-secret” 10GB+ plans that start at $100!? Oh how I long for the good ol’ days.
