A few days ago we reported on Sprint’s 4G LTE network going live in and around Kansas, and today, Sprint has made an official announcement welcoming 15 cities into their new LTE Now Network. If you own a Sprint 4G LTE enable phone and live in any of the following cities listed below, you should start experiencing increased speeds.

Verizon has announced the launch of GameTanium, a subscription based gaming service, for select Verizon Android phones and tablets. For a monthly fee of $5.99, Verizon customers will have unlimited access to more than 100 Android smartphone games and more than 50 tablet games, including hits like Doodle God, Fruit Ninja and World of Goo. While I’m not a fan of subscription services, if GameTanium stays up-to-date with the latest hit Android games, it could save users the hassle of trying to figure out what games to buy, as well as save them a bit of money.

You read that right, Sprint has finally unleashed a twister of LTE pockets in and around the Kansas City area. They may be mere corn kernels compared to the likes of Verizon and AT&T but it’s a start — and one that I’m sure will have Sprint customers skipping down the yellow brick road.

At last, the Samsung Galaxy S III and all of its locked bootloader glory, has hit Verizon shelves. Like most other U.S. carriers, the Verizon Samsung Galaxy S III will come in a 16 or 32GB, Pebble Blue or Marble White version, and cost $199.99 or $249.99, respectively. It also features your usual U.S. specs, inluding:

If you’ve been holding out for the garnet red Samsung Galaxy S III on AT&T, you’ll be happy to know AT&T will start taking pre-orders for the device starting Sunday July 15. Personally, I’m not feeling it, but to each their own. Plus, all that matters is what’s on the inside… right?
