You wouldn’t normally associate HP devices with the Android or iOS platforms, but the company’s latest gadget plays nicely with them both. It’s called the Pocket Playlist, and it allows you to stream all of your media wirelessly to all your smartphones and tablets. It boasts 32GB of internal storage, and it can stream to up to five devices simultaneously.

Both feature suction cups that’ll provide you with a safe and secure way to use hands-free apps without taking your hands off the wheel.

The Sony Xperia Z, believed to be Sony’s next-generation flagship smartphone, leaked a number of times last week, leading us to believe it would get its grand unveiling at CES in Las Vegas this week. We got a glimpse of NVIDIA’s new Tegra 4 back in December, when a leaked slide detailing its specifications began circulating the Internet. But the company has now made the impressive chip official at CES 2013 in Las Vegas. Designed for mobile devices like smartphones and tablets, the Tegra 4 boasts a super speedy quad-core Cortex-A15 processor and 72-core graphics, making it the “world’s fastest mobile processor.”

Corning has today announced its third-generation Gorilla Glass, and as you’d expect, it’s significantly tougher than its predecessors. Gorilla Glass 3 boasts a new feature called Native Damage Resistance (NDR), which promises to provide three times the scratch resistance of Gorilla Glass 2. It’ll be on show at CES next week before making its way to the next generation of smartphones, tablets, and more.
