A couple of weeks ago, when LG unveiled the G3, it boasted about all its new features, which help in improving the usability of the handset. Now, the Korean company has gone ahead and uploaded six videos on YouTube that explain users some of the new features on the G3 including Smart Notice, Smart Tips and Smart Keyboard.

Two weeks ago, a well-known leaker announced on his social networking sites that LG’s latest flagship smartphone, the G3, would launch on Verizon in the United States later this year, and earlier today an FCC filing was published confirming that the forthcoming handset is, indeed, compatible with Big Red’s LTE bands.

We’re starting to see initial signs suggesting that LG is currently in the process of developing a scaled-down variant of its latest flagship smartphone. Earlier today, the G3 Mini appeared in a leaked document posted on an Indian import and export data logging website. Unfortunately, the paperwork doesn’t reveal too much about the handset’s pricing and availability, but it does shed some light on the specifications that we’re likely to see when the device eventually breaks cover.

The LG G3’s fancy new keyboard is now available to download for other Android-powered smartphones. The unofficial port, which was extracted from an official G3 ROM, is available to rooted devices and is “working perfectly” — even on third-party operating systems like TouchWiz and Sense.

Last night, LG unveiled its flagship handset for 2014 — the LG G3. When it finally hits the shelves later next month, the G3 is bound to battle it out against the likes of the Samsung Galaxy S5, HTC One M8 and the Xperia Z2 for the best smartphone of the year crown.

Compared to its competition, the G3 does have some unique and innovative features up it sleeves that makes it the number one contender for the best smartphone of this year including a sexy design, the relative lack of bezel around its display and wireless charging.
