The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has today received its first over-the-air software update just over a week after it first went on sale in Europe. It weighs in at 30MB and promises “improved stability,” which is likely to be welcomed with open arms by those who have experienced crashes and other bugs with the device since they picked it up.

Check out the nine full pages below, and then just think about how much this must have run Samsung: in the US version of the paper, boasting a subscription base of 1.5 million, ad rates for a full-page color ad list at $312,283.13. Of course Samsung got a multi-page discount, but still. That’s a lot of cash.
While the Galaxy Note 3’s massive, 5.7-inch displays is great for watching movies and playing games, it makes the handset very difficult to use with one hand. AT&T has announced that it has extended its LTE coverage across the United States yet again, with 13 markets receiving new or improved LTE this time around. Eleven of them are getting LTE coverage for the first time, while the other two are promised faster and more reliable LTE speeds.
The much-anticipated Android 4.3 update for the Samsung Galaxy S4 was leaked on Monday, and today a test version of the same update has been made available for the Galaxy Note II.
