We have some great news for all you AT&T Galaxy S III owners out there. A handful of users are reporting that Jelly Bean is now available via Kies. No need to wait for an official announcement from AT&T, simply update to the latest version of Kies, plug in your Galaxy S III and let the fun begin.

It’s about time.

Galaxy S III owners in Canada have just been treated to an early Christmas gift, courtesy of Samsung. The company is now — finally! — rolling out its Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update over-the-air to those on Bell, Rogers, TELUS, and Virgin.

Just last week, we learned that Samsung had requested to add the iPad mini, the fourth-generation iPad, and the sixth-generation iPod touch to its ongoing patent-infringement complaint against Apple. Apple has targeted six Samsung devices in total, including its flagship Galaxy S III, the Galaxy Note II, the Galaxy S III Mini, the Galaxy Tab 8.9, and the Galaxy Tab 2 10.1.

T-Mobile customers rocking a Samsung Galaxy S III will be happy to know Jelly Bean is on its way. The update is rolling out OTA (over-the-air) now as well as via the Samsung Kies software.
