Meet the Galaxy F!

Over the course of the past few weeks tons of rumors have been circulating suggesting that Samsung is gearing up to launch an aluminium unibody, Quad-HD variant of its current flagship smartphone and now, thanks to a well-known trusted leaker, we finally get our first glimpse of the device — which has now been dubbed the Galaxy F.

The upcoming Samsung Galaxy F — or Galaxy S5 Prime, as it has previously been known — will be almost exactly the same size as the original Galaxy S5, but it will pack a larger display and thinner bezels. That’s according to a new leaked picture of the device, which shows how it will stack up against Samsung’s current flagship.

Earlier today, an unannounced Samsung smartphone passed through the United States of America’s official certification authority — the Federal Communications Commission. Information included in the brief filing documentation reveals that we could potentially be looking at the upcoming Galaxy S5 Prime (SM-G906) — a revamped model of the company’s flagship smartphone of 2014.

Samsung’s unannounced Galaxy S5 mini has appeared for a second time ahead of its release in a high-definition hands-on gallery. The photo series provides us with a detailed look at a fully-functional device, and all but confirms its water-resistant form factor, fingerprint scanner, and heartbeat sensor.
