New-HTC-One-M8-Sense-6

HTC confirmed today that its new Sense 6 user interface, which makes its debut on the new HTC One M8 this month, will be coming to the original HTC One this spring.

In addition to some welcome changes to BlinkFeed, it boasts big improvements to Sense TV and HTC Zoe, customizable color schemes, and more — but not all features will be available on last year’s flagship.

After announcing its new HTC One M8 this morning, HTC published a press release that confirms its new flagship will also be available as a Google Play Edition handset. This variant will give those who prefer a stock Android experience the chance to buy the device with HTC’s Sense 6 user interface removed — and pre-orders start today.

After months of speculation and many, many leaks, today finally saw the official unveiling of the new HTC One M8. It looks a lot like its predecessor at first glance, but the new flagships sports a much-improved aluminum form factor, and all new internals.

In addition to its larger 5-inch display, the new HTC One M8 features Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 801 processor, dual rear-facing cameras, and HTC’s latest Sense 6 user interface.

HTC’s much-anticipated flagship smartphone of 2014, the ‘All New’ HTC One (M8) is scheduled to be unveiled later on today at a press conference in London, and thanks to Canadian carrier, Rogers, we now know a little bit more about the device prelaunch, than we bargained for. Earlier today, the operator prematurely published a ‘Buy Now’ page on its website, detailing the full specifications and pricing for this eagerly awaited handset.
