The President of HTC America, Jason Mackenzie, took to Twitter again to announce that the company is still on track and is now working with T-Mobile in order to bring the much-anticipated Android 4.3 update to all carrier-branded One handsets. The upgrade is expected to be pushed out over-the-air (OTA) by the “middle” of this week.

Vodafone U.K. has today announced that its new 4G LTE network will be available in Liverpool, Glasgow, and Manchester by the end of this month. It’s been just seven weeks since the service took off, and Vodafone says that more than 100,000 people have already signed up to a new 4G plan.

As promised by the President of HTC America Jason Macenize last week, AT&T is now in the process of pushing out its rather hefty, much-anticipated over-the-air (OTA) update to all of its carrier-branded HTC One handsets. This upgrade brings Android 4.3 Jelly Bean and Sense 5 to the device, in addition to a mass of additional bug fixes and speed optimizations, as well as Bluetooth 4.0 and a stylish new charging animation for when the handset is powered off.

An HTC ROM maker has gotten their hands on the Sense 5.5 user interface ahead of its official release, and in addition to BlinkFeed changes, there’s a new “Do Not Disturb” mode to suspend notifications, new camera features, and plenty of other improvements throughout the system.
