LG’s last two contributions to the Nexus line have undoubtedly been the best Nexus smartphones we’ve seen from Google. Combining high-end specifications and excellent build quality with affordable price tags, they’ve helped make Nexus devices popular not only with developers, but with Android users as well.

But despite the success of these devices, LG hasn’t been called upon to make a Nexus 6.

Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy Note 4 will boast a 5.7-inch Quad HD display, according to information hidden in the South Korean company’s own website. Mentions of the device were buried in a user agent profile, which confirms its model number and super sharp 2560×1440 resolution.

It’s been less than three weeks since LG announced its much-anticipated G3 — it hasn’t even gone on sale in Europe or the U.S. yet — and yet some sources are claiming the South Korean company is already preparing an even better model with a Snapdragon 805 processor and faster download speeds.

The new device will reportedly surface in July — ready to go head-to-hear with Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy F.

That’s according to a new leaked picture of the device, which shows how it will stack up against Samsung’s current flagship.

Verizon will finally begin taking pre-orders for the LG G3 on July 10, 7 days before the handset is released. The dates were confirmed in an internal Verizon document obtained by reliable tipster @Evleaks.
