So you’ve just picked up a brand new Nexus 7 (or perhaps you’ve had one for a bit) and you’re looking to learn more about it. Sure, you can Google information, check blogs such as Cult of Android, or simply fiddle around, but did you know there’s already a 100 page digital guide book loaded and ready to be read on your Nexus 7?

Google had the Nexus 7 on its mind when it pushed out a couple updates today. First up was Gmail, which didn’t include much other than improved support for 7″ devices (running Android 4.0+). Other than that, they’ve listed “Bug Fixes,” but exactly what bugs they fixed is anyone’s guess. Other improvements listed in the changelog appear to be leftovers but even then, not much to write home about.

Nexus 7 owners are anxiously awaiting accessories, and up until today, have only been treated to a few leaked products. If the POGO dock and premium case were’t enough to get you salivating, you’re bound to start foaming at the mouth over the newly exposed rotating stand case, or built-in Bluetooth keyboard case.

The Nexus 7 has been out less than a month and we’re already getting a peek at all the sweet accessories scheduled to hit shelves sometime next month (hopefully). According to leaked slides acquired by Nordic Hardware, ASUS has a slew of official accessories planned, including a POGO dock, premium leather cover, and more.

If you’ve had no luck finding the 16GB Nexus 7 at a local retailer, you’re luck is about to change. The 16GB Nexus 7 is back “in stock” on Google Play and this time we’re guessing Google is prepared to meet demand. I’d personally go with the 16GB model (and did) as my experience with the 8GB version of the Galaxy Tab 2 didn’t bode too well. The 16GB version will cost you an additional $49, but at $249 for a quad-core, Jelly Bean toting tablet, you can’t go wrong.
