Samsung’s new Galaxy S7 has been pictured out in the wild for the first time ahead of its official unveiling later this month. The photo confirms an even curvier glass back, and a new camera sensor that comes with a significantly smaller hump.

In a petition to the Supreme Court, Apple says the high court shouldn’t waste its time with Samsung’s high-profile appeal in the two companies’ long legal battle over patents.

Samsung filed an appeal in December asking for the Supreme Court to take a look at how the damages were calculated, but Apple argues that even though it was awarded $548 million, the case is “legally unexceptional.”

Samsung’s decision not to launch the Galaxy Note 5 in the U.K. last year, making the Galaxy S7 edge+ its only flagship phablet, may not have worked out quite as well as it hoped.

The South Korean company is reportedly reversing that decision for 2016, with a plan to deliver the Galaxy Note 6 but not the Galaxy S7 edge+ to Great Britain.

Google has pulled an ad-blocking plugin for Samsung’s Android browser just days after it made its debut. Ad Block Fast promised to deliver faster web browsing by removing unnecessary content, but Google says the app violates its Play Store policies.
